Finance & HR Director (M/F) FR/EN/DE – 100%

On behalf of a Swiss industrial group, globally recognised for its expertise and the high precision of its mechanical products, we are seeking a Finance & HR Director to join the Executive Board.

Reporting directly to the General Management and a member of the Executive Committee, you will lead the strategic and operational management of the Finance, Human Resources and Information Systems (IT) departments:

• Finance & Management Control:

  • Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, variance analysis and supervision of monthly closings.

  • Driving financial performance through key KPIs and analytical management control.

  • Management of investment policy, monitoring of tax, legal matters and due diligence in case of acquisition projects.

• Human Resources:

  • Complete supervision of the HR cycle (recruitment, skills development, evaluations, departures).

  • Management of salary policy, payroll, labour law and social insurance.

  • Promotion of HR marketing, talent development and internal communication.

• Information Systems (IT):

  • Management and coordination of the IT department.

  • Leadership as Strategic Project Manager for the migration of the ERP / CRM system.
    
    

Your profile

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Federal Diploma in Finance & Accounting, MBA or equivalent qualification. Additional training in HR or labour law is a significant advantage.

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of successful experience in a management or overall leadership role (Finance/HR) within an industrial environment.

• Languages:

  • French: Native speaker / perfect oral and written command.

  • English, German or Italian: Very good assets for communication with the group’s international subsidiaries.

• Skills & Personality: Strong leadership, excellent analytical skills, strategic vision, interpersonal ease and proactivity in driving change.
