- Handling social security and tax-related notifications
- Managing personnel files and maintaining time tracking systems
- Administrative processing of contract matters and personnel changes
- Preparation of year-end tasks and support with HR reporting
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting necessary
- Sound knowledge of labour and social security law required
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Structured working method and strong affinity for numbers desired

- Conducting monthly payroll runs for several companies- Handling social security and tax-related notifications

Profile
- Commercial training with HR specialist certificate is required- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting necessary
- Sound knowledge of labour and social security law required
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Structured working method and strong affinity for numbers desired
