The Operations department is advertising the following position:

Your mission

You will ensure the safe transport of our passengers and welcome all our customers, while contributing to the development of soft mobility throughout the Greater Geneva region.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure the service of the lines assigned to you, according to the assigned schedules in compliance with the LCR/LDT and internal directives,
• work irregular hours including weekends, public holidays and nights,
• transport our customers safely,
• ensure a comfortable and pleasant driving experience,
• welcome and inform customers with courtesy and professionalism,
• promote a positive image of tpg by providing high-quality service.

Your profile

• Holder of a definitive category B driving licence,
• a confirmed professional experience of at least two cumulative years,
• a clean criminal record less than 6 months old,
• a SIAC extract less than 6 months old, without licence withdrawal for 2 years, or 5 years in case of withdrawal of 3 months or more,
• a very good knowledge of the canton of Geneva,
• good level of French spoken and written (minimum B2),
• great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external interlocutors,
• great autonomy and a high sense of responsibility,
• holder of a valid residence permit and a residence certificate.
