Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

- Co-responsibility for the complete payroll processing from A to Z for the assigned business area (around 500 employees)
- Contact person for the line and employees on questions regarding salary and social insurance topics
- Administration of social insurances (AHV, BVG, EO, UVG, KTG, child allowances, withholding tax, etc.)
- Preparation of certificates for authorities (employer certificates, etc.)
- Participation in quarterly and annual financial statements, account reconciliations, and invoice approvals
- Close cooperation with the finance and HR departments
- Preparation of statistics and reports of all kinds
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training (commercial or business school)
- Further training in HR or social insurance
- Several years of relevant professional experience in payroll (at least 3-5 years), a background in accounting is advantageous
- Experience in international payroll is a plus
- Good knowledge of social insurance and labour law in Switzerland
- Excellent German skills (spoken and written)
- Solid MS Office (Excel) and SAP knowledge
- Outgoing, communicative, and solution-oriented personality who can set priorities and has a good understanding of numbers
- Enjoys working in a team
