Building Services Planner District Heating 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You plan and design district heating systems for residential and commercial properties

• You create technical drawings and execution plans using CAD software

• You calculate heating loads and size district heating transfer stations

• You coordinate collaboration with architects, clients, and other trades

• You supervise the proper execution of installations on site

• You prepare specifications and participate in tendering

• You check and optimise existing district heating systems for efficiency

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a technician or in the heating-ventilation-sanitary sector with corresponding further training as a planner

• Sound knowledge in the planning of heating systems, ideally with a focus on district heating

• Confident handling of CAD software

• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (HOAI, VOB, EnEV)

• Independent and structured way of working

• Teamwork skills and strong communication

• Driving licence class B
