Cost Estimation Specialist - Renovation & Demolition

Your Mission

Reporting to the technical management, you play a key role in the company’s commercial and operational strategy by overseeing the preparation of financial and technical proposals.

• Cost Engineering: Develop and break down sales budgets while mastering the analysis of internal cost prices.

• Tender Management: Lead responses to public and private contracts (preparation of the file, methodology, scheduling, and references).

• Technical Expertise: Verify measurements, consult subcontractors, and draft specifications for price requests.

• Optimisation & Variants: Propose alternative priced solutions and optimise initial concepts to enhance the competitiveness of the offer.

• Operational Interface: Support site managers during the handover of files and throughout the execution phase.

Your Profile

• Education: Civil engineer (EPF/HES), Site manager, or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: You have proven experience in project cost estimation, ideally in heavy refurbishment and asbestos removal/demolition.

• Tool Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Soft Skills: Autonomous and meticulous, you possess strong persuasive skills and enjoy collaborative work.
