Finance Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 88,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality in finance and accounting. You can expect a modern employer in the public sector who plays an important role in development and organisation. You will work in a collegial team and maintain close contact with internal departments as well as external partners.
Responsibilities:
Managing financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
Assisting with budgeting, financial planning, annual financial statements and audits
Handling debt collection, dunning and enforcement procedures
Supporting tasks in payroll accounting
Providing information at the counter, by phone and by email
Qualifications:
You have a completed commercial training as well as professional experience in finance and accounting
You possess good communication skills and negotiation ability
You are confident in using common IT applications, especially Microsoft Office; knowledge of Abacus, Innosolv and CMI is an advantage
Fluent German language skills are required
