Export Specialist / Customer Service Support (m/f/d)

Role:
You will have a versatile role in the commercial internal service with a high export share. You will manage customer orders from entry to delivery, prepare the necessary export and shipping documents and coordinate transports and delivery dates. In doing so, you will work closely with sales, purchasing, logistics, customers and external partners.
Responsibilities:
You independently process customer orders from order to invoicing
You prepare export, customs export and shipping documents for international deliveries
You plan deliveries, organise collections and create transport orders
You monitor delivery dates and coordinate deviations with customers, suppliers and internal departments
You handle complaints and ensure customer-oriented solutions
You place orders and support coordination with suppliers
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training and have experience in international order and export processing
Export and shipping documents as well as international delivery processes are familiar to you from practice
Further training as an export/foreign trade clerk is an advantage
You have good German and English skills; French is an advantage
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and keep an eye on deadlines and open orders
You communicate confidently with customers, suppliers and internal interfaces
