The Financial Control Service (CFI) is responsible for the financial oversight of the Municipal Administration and companies subsidised by the City of Geneva, as well as the certification of annual accounts. The service reports directly to the Administrative Council of the City of Geneva and works closely with the Secretary General and departmental directorates. Your mission and responsibilities
- Assist the CFI management in the administrative management of the service and ensure the secretarial tasks of the service.
- Perform accounting tasks.
- Act as the human resources manager of the service.
- Manage the service's IT requests.
- Ensure the formal review and administrative management of official documents issued by the CFI.
- Manage the service's archives.
Your profile
- Hold a professional maturity certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in administrative assistance.
- Have perfect command of French, both written and spoken.
- Master common IT tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP.
- Demonstrate rigour and flexibility.
- Show a sense of organisation and autonomy.
- Have a good ability to manage unforeseen events.
- Be able to approach work from an interdisciplinary perspective and keep knowledge up to date at all times.
