Planning-Construction Manager

What you will achieve

• Gathering the specific requirements of users and ensuring their technical implementation, mainly in the construction sector
• Involving the operational sites affected by the project as well as timely planning and introduction of the necessary conversion measures
• Monitoring investment and construction costs as well as managing and controlling the documentation of buildings and infrastructures
• Reviewing specifications, plans and technical descriptions for building and infrastructure facilities in accordance with applicable internal and external standards
• Reviewing tenders in the construction and infrastructure sector
• Managing suppliers and manufacturers in the construction and infrastructure sector, tracking execution and cost development, and conducting acceptance inspections
• Contributing to the preparation of contracts for work, participating in construction meetings and representing the interests of the client
• Site supervision to ensure compliance with defined requirements
• Coordinating various specialists to achieve project goals

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering or HF construction technician with 5-10 years of experience
• Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing large and complex construction projects, desirable
• A person capable of working systematically and structurally, thinking networked, setting priorities and being resilient
• Good Office and SAP skills
• German (B2)
• French (B2)
