Trust Accountant 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of mandates including individuals and legal entities
• Ensure full accounting up to the annual closing
• Prepare VAT returns as well as tax declarations for individuals and companies
• Handle payroll and social insurance management in accordance with legal requirements
• Advise and support clients on accounting, tax and administrative matters
• Prepare financial statements and present results to clients
• Ensure the quality, compliance and reliability of processed financial data

Profile

• Higher education in accounting, federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience within a trust company in Switzerland
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, taxation and social insurance
• Excellent command of IT tools and common accounting software
• Autonomous, rigorous and discreet personality, with an excellent sense of responsibility
• Strong client orientation and ability to develop trusting relationships
• Team spirit, flexibility and proactive approach to solutions
