For our client, an established Swiss company in the field of building automation, measurement and control technology, and technical building infrastructure, we are looking for a technically strong, structured, and communicative personality as Project Manager Building Automation / Measurement and Control Technology 80-100% in the Zurich ZH area.
In this position, you take responsibility for demanding projects around modern building automation, control and regulation technology, as well as networked technical building systems. You work on solutions that directly influence energy efficiency, comfort, operational safety, and sustainability in buildings.

- Technical clarifications with customers, planners, suppliers, internal specialist departments, and executing partners
- Development and review of technical concepts, specifications, functional descriptions, and project documents
- Planning and monitoring of deadlines, costs, resources, quality, and project progress
- Coordination of engineering, switch cabinet construction, programming, installation, commissioning, and service
- Support during commissioning, acceptance, optimisation, and handover to the customer
- Creation, control, and maintenance of project documentation, electrical diagrams, reports, and change orders
- Support with offers, calculations, change order management, and technical sales processes
- Ensuring professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Participation in standardisations, process improvements, and technical optimisations
- Further training as a technician HF, electrical project manager, automation specialist, building automation specialist, FH engineer, or similar is an advantage
- Experience in building automation, measurement and control technology, electrical engineering, automation, HVACSE coordination, or technical project management
- Understanding of control and regulation technology, electrical diagrams, field devices, HVAC systems, interfaces, and technical processes
- Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, DDC, BACnet, KNX, Modbus, or similar systems is an advantage
- Experience in project coordination, commissioning, engineering, or customer support is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking with regard to quality, costs, deadlines, and customer satisfaction
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Driving licence category B is an advantage

Tasks

Profile
- Completed technical basic training as an automation technician, electrical installer, electrical planner, building technology planner, electrical fitter, or comparable qualification- Further training as a technician HF, electrical project manager, automation specialist, building automation specialist, FH engineer, or similar is an advantage
- Experience in building automation, measurement and control technology, electrical engineering, automation, HVACSE coordination, or technical project management
- Understanding of control and regulation technology, electrical diagrams, field devices, HVAC systems, interfaces, and technical processes
