Regional Service Manager Central 100%

What is my role?

Our client is seeking a leader as Regional Service Manager Central in Feldmeilen ZH. You will shape the future of the service organisation with heart, competence and charismatic leadership.

Your tasks:

• Operational responsibility for the intensive service area in the Central region

• Personnel management of a team of around 75 specialists in internal and external service with 6 directly reporting employees as well as their qualification and development

• Responsibility for the cost centres of the regional service organisation

• Sparring partner to the Regional Manager and active participation in shaping the regional direction

• Implementation of the Hoval service strategy in your region

• Leading and participating in national service projects of Hoval Switzerland

• Regular oral and written communication with private and major customers

• Ensuring compliance with defined processes within the regional service organisation

• Interface coordination between sales and service

• Service controlling using relevant key figures

• Promoting strong cohesion and a cooperative team culture

• Dynamic handling of service processes and contributing ideas for the further development of our service processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid technical training in building technology/HVACSE, complemented by professional and business management further training

• Proven track record with several years of leadership experience in customer care, technical service, dispatch, customer service or a similar environment

• Proven experience in the aftersales area of a technical company with direct customer contact

• Ability to sustainably develop the organisation and lead teams through transformation and change processes

• Visionary thinking and competent bridging between existing structures and new goals

• Inspiring, charismatic leadership personality with strong communication skills, high resilience and assertiveness

• Structured, solution-oriented working style

• Very good German skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken

• Confident command of the most common IT applications (Windows, Excel, Word, SAP)
