Key Account Manager (80% to 100%)

Main Mission(s)

Ensure the dynamic management of the "Key Accounts" customer portfolio for energy solutions (electricity, gas, district heating, solar and thermal contracting) and ancillary services (self-consumption community, electromobility, CECB+)

Retain and acquire new customers

Develop and draft offers including the energy solutions proposed by SIL

Negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate responses to tenders

Analyse the market and propose solutions to meet evolving customer needs

Support the implementation of SIL's strategy

Participate in events and activities organised by SIL to promote the service's image

Take part in various internal and external working groups

Profile

Bachelor's degree from a University of Applied Sciences, ES diploma in the field: technical, electrical or thermal or equivalent qualification

Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a position with responsibility for Key Account customers

Knowledge of the energy sector is an asset

Strong interest in renewable energies

Field-oriented personality, organised and flexible

Ability to work in a team, initiative, creativity and willingness to get involved

Customer-oriented and solution-focused person

Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and knowledge of a CRM system is an asset

Special Conditions

Driving licence (cat. B)

Occasional availability in the evening and at weekends for events
