- Strategic anchoring of process management within the LLB Group
- Development and implementation of a standardised CIP methodology based on process metrics
- Establishment and leadership of a CIP organisation including roles, responsibilities and governance
- Execution of small and medium process optimisation and digitalisation projects
- Enabling departments to implement improvements independently
- Ensuring consistent end-to-end processes and modelling in ADONIS
- Leading a small team of experts
Your Education and Experience:
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in process management, in a complex organisation or in the financial services environment
- Solid practical experience in building and establishing CIP and process management (not just optimising individual processes)
- Experience with methods, governance and organisational development in the process environment
- Practical experience in modelling business processes, ideally with ADONIS
- Leadership experience with responsibility for teams and budget
