To strengthen our Cross-Departmental Services, we are looking for a multitechnical operations agent.
Multitechnical Operations Agent – 100%
Your Role
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Cross-Departmental Services, you ensure the maintenance, safety, and proper functioning of the Foundation’s premises, equipment, and vehicle fleet.
A hands-on, autonomous, and responsive person, you carry out routine maintenance work directly and coordinate interventions entrusted to external contractors.
Your responsibilities and activities:
- Carry out level 1 and 2 maintenance and upkeep work.
- Regularly check the condition of installations and identify anomalies.
- Perform necessary cleaning, refurbishment, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the interventions of external contractors.
- Monitor furniture, tools, equipment, and stock.
- Organise logistical needs and internal relocations.
- Ensure the good condition, maintenance, and compliance of the vehicle fleet.
- Manage keys, access means, and alarm system monitoring.
- Handle requests via the ticketing tool and ensure traceability of interventions.
- Immediately report any situation presenting a risk to people, property, or installations.
Your Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as operations agent or equivalent technical training.
- Proven experience in building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently in a multitechnical environment.
- Experience in coordinating and supervising external contractors.
- Practical sense, rigour, reliability, and strong solution orientation.
- Ability to prioritise requests and manage emergencies.
- Comfortable with monitoring IT tools.
- Category B driving licence essential.
The role occasionally involves carrying loads, working outdoors, and interventions outside usual hours.
Contract type: Permanent contract
Start date: Immediate or to be agreed
Workplace: Lausanne, regular travel to various sites
