Logistics Coordinator (80% to 100%)

The City Purchasing and Logistics Service (SALV) has a modern logistics centre and ensures the supply, stock management and distribution of equipment for the entire municipal administration. Maintenance of the majority of the City’s vehicle fleet is also part of the service’s duties.

Main Mission(s)

Receive, check and store goods

Manage goods dispatch and prepare orders

Process returns and ensure IT follow-up

Participate in stock management and inventories

Support logistics apprentices and contribute to improving the unit’s operations

Profile

Federal VET Diploma in Logistics with a focus on storage or equivalent training

Logistics certificate and/or apprentice trainer’s certificate, desirable

Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Ability to work independently, in an organised manner and adapt to change

Excellent communication and listening skills, team spirit and service orientation
