Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the smooth operation of modern buildings. As a technical concierge, you ensure the perfect condition of HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.

What awaits you

• Independently carry out building inspection tasks
• Manage maintenance and servicing activities
• Handle various requests and minor repairs
• Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets
• Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
• Perform administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc.)
• Manage small repair projects
• Autonomously perform assigned tasks in compliance with existing standards, guidelines and processes
• Control subcontractor processes
• Inform the superior of any anomalies
• Follow up and process ticketing

What you bring

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Good administrative and technical management skills for small sites
• Fluency in spoken and written French (minimum level C1)
• Knowledge of English is an asset
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional, discreet and respectful personality
• Service-oriented and comfortable in contact
• Autonomous and organised
