Platform Manager OP
What you can achieve
- Leadership and development of a team currently consisting of 8 employees (administration and project management) as well as promotion of cross-departmental and cross-location collaboration
- Responsibility for the economic management of the Operations Platform including budget, forecast, and investment processes
- Advising the platform management and executive board on strategic, organisational, and economic issues
- Leading and implementing organisational, digitalisation, and strategy projects to further develop the platform
- Ensuring transparent decision-making bases, optimising processes, and maintaining effective stakeholder management with internal and external partners
What you bring with you
- Degree in business administration (FH/Uni) or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar role in healthcare (ideally in hospital management, controlling, or performance management)
- Good knowledge of clinical service delivery processes
- Solid IT skills (especially SAP and MS Excel) as well as confident German language skills
- Service-oriented personality with assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
