YOUR TASKS
- You ensure that people in the hospital or restaurant receive delicious and healthy food
- You prepare various cold and hot dishes and put together varied menus
- You plan the kitchen day, calculate how many ingredients are needed
- You check whether the food is fresh and of good quality
- You present dishes attractively so that they not only taste good but also look really great
- Hygiene is very important – therefore you ensure that everything in the kitchen remains clean and safe
YOUR PROFILE
- You attend secondary school and have an average grade of 4.5, or attend lower secondary or district school
- It is advantageous if you have already gained insight into the daily routine of a chef in healthcare
- This profession requires creativity, organisational talent and a sense of responsibility
- Standing for long periods and being physically active is no problem for you
- You are willing to work at weekends and on public holidays
- You speak fluent German
