For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and experienced personality as Sous-Chef / Sous-Chef

Sous-Chef / Sous-Chef (m/f/d) 80100

• Support of the head chef in the management and organisation of the kitchen
• Deputising for the head chef in their absence
• Active participation in the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Ensuring consistently high quality
• Organisation and coordination of kitchen processes
• Leadership, motivation and support of the kitchen team
• Control and compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Assistance with orders and inventory management

• Completed training as a cook EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Passion for high-quality cuisine and fresh products
• Strong leadership, team-oriented and resilient personality
• Independent and structured way of working
• Quality awareness and organisational talent
• Good German language skills
