Student Assignment at 40% (M/F) - Data Cleaning

About the Role

As part of this student assignment until the end of December, you will participate in a Data Cleaning project within an IT and security department. You will contribute to the structuring and organisation of data while supporting the team in its daily activities.

Tasks

• Clean and organise data: identify duplicates, sort digital files and structure existing information
• Optimise document management: develop and implement a clear, efficient filing system adapted to the service's needs
• Ensure administrative follow-up: manage emails, track daily tasks via a Kanban tool and ensure the smooth organisation of activities

We are looking for

• Good command of the Microsoft Office 365 environment
• Excellent command of French
• Autonomy, rigour and organisational skills.
