• Responsibility for a portfolio of buildings
• Management of rent collections and supplier payments
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual closings
• Preparation of heating, hot water and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation of buyer/seller statements
• Accounting reporting for clients
• Management of mandate acquisitions and losses
• Participation in owners' meetings
