HR & Payroll Specialist - Eastern Switzerland (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Advising employees and managers on payroll and HR administration topics
Independent handling of payroll administration for a defined group of employees
Maintenance and quality assurance of personnel master data
Preparation of employment contracts and other personnel administrative documents
Processing and coordination of work permits
Support and administration of time recording
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in Swiss personnel administration and/or payroll
Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
Good knowledge of payroll processing and HR administration
Knowledge of a common Swiss HR/payroll system is an advantage
Independent, flexible and well-organised working style
