Excel Data Manager - Media Sector - 1 Month

Our client, a major player in the sector, is seeking a meticulous profile to oversee advertising scheduling and complex data management in this dynamic environment.

About the Role

Integrated into the sales team, you will ensure the administrative follow-up of contracts and the technical scheduling of advertising spots. You act as the link between sales and broadcasting thanks to your analytical expertise.

Tasks

• Manage complex Excel files using macros and pivot tables, etc.
• Ensure the scheduling of advertising spots in the WinMedia software
• Plan sponsorship operations and broadcasting systems
• Carry out the administrative follow-up of client files

We are looking for

• Advanced mastery of Excel (macros, complex formulas, pivot tables)
• Proven experience in back-office or data management

An advantage if you have

• Knowledge of the WinMedia scheduling software
• Previous experience in the media sector

To succeed in this role, your personal skills should include:

• Ability to learn quickly and great methodological rigour
• Excellent stress management and particular attention to detail
