Your tasks

• Responsibility for operational HR administration
• Management of time recording and maintenance of personnel master data
• Competent contact for employees and managers on personnel administrative issues
• Independent processing of payroll (salary runs, year-end closing)
• Participation in HR projects and optimisation of existing processes
• Assistance with recruitment of employees
• Support of apprentices

Your profile

• Commercial training with further education as HR clerk and vocational trainer
• At least 3 years of professional experience in HR administration
• German at native speaker level
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, labour law and social security topics
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Affinity for numbers as well as a strong service and quality orientation
• Enjoyment in working with different contacts
