In the Customer Operations sector, you help shape the customer experience for those who have suffered a claim and receive benefits. What awaits you
- Independent handling of benefit cases within the framework of occupational benefits (LPP) in cases of disability and death
- Legal and medical examination of benefit requests, requesting necessary documents, determining due benefits as well as preparing the benefit statement
- Written and telephone contact with external clients (insured persons, employers, doctors, legal representatives and other social insurances)
- Coordination of benefits with health or accident insurers as well as with disability insurance (IV)
- Administration of ongoing pensions and periodic entitlement checks (reviews)
- Participation in continuous process improvement
What you bring
- Benefit of a commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent training or in the medical field (e.g. pharmaceutical assistant)
- Professional experience in the field of claims in a social insurance or several years of experience in the second pillar (a certificate would be an advantage)
- Interest in analysis and process development
- Perfect command of French (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of German or English would be an asset
- Dynamic, agile personality who values autonomous work while having a team spirit
