After-Sales Watchmaker & Technical Referent (M/F)
To support the development of its After-Sales workshop, the House is looking for an After-Sales Watchmaker & Technical Referent.
This dual-role position places you both at the workbench and at the heart of our technical strategy: you ensure excellent after-sales service while contributing to the skills development of our subsidiaries and our retailer network. An ideal role for a passionate watchmaker who wishes to combine hands-on expertise with knowledge transfer.
Your missions
After-Sales Workshop — 60%
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and quartz watches received at the After-Sales workshop
- Perform the requested service respecting time and quality criteria
- Ensure the quality of serviced watches before returning them to the customer
- Actively contribute to the operational excellence of the workshop
Technical support & training — 40%
- Develop, organise, plan and lead FC – Alpina watchmaking training sessions
- Participate in defining the training strategy and frame the "Train the Trainers" programme
- Implement the technical qualification of Service Centres and ensure its follow-up
- Define technical requirements and standards for After-Sales watchmakers of Citizen subsidiaries and the retailer network
- Develop and update training technical documentation
- Participate in the development of specific tooling for certain models
- Ensure proactive monitoring of technical innovations and update associated documentation
Your profile
- Watchmaker CFC or equivalent watchmaking training
- Proven experience in watch after-sales service, on both mechanical and quartz movements
- Genuine enthusiasm for knowledge transfer, training and network work
- Rigor, strong sense of quality, autonomy and team spirit
- French and English essential, both written and spoken (training and travel)
- Availability for regular travel (approx. 20% of the time)
