What you will develop:
You assist the Project Manager / Department Head in the technical, administrative and financial management of the projects entrusted to them within the scope of our activities for the Naval sector
You participate in coordinating the different stages of projects: studies, purchasing, execution, subcontracting, testing, packaging and shipping to clients.
You ensure the follow-up of actions and deadlines with the various internal and external stakeholders and contribute to meeting quality, cost and deadline objectives.
You participate in the preparation and monitoring of project reporting, updating schedules and tracking costs.
You contribute to the preparation and organisation of project meetings, as well as the follow-up of decisions and resulting actions.
You are in regular contact with our design offices, production teams, purchasing and quality departments, as well as with our clients and subcontractors.
You progressively take part in the direct management of certain lots or sub-projects, with an increasing level of autonomy.
You contribute to the preparation of cost estimates and bids for our future projects.
Ultimately, you will progress towards full responsibility for projects, depending on your experience and development.
What you bring:
You are recently graduated, or about to graduate, from an engineering school or a Master 2 level university programme, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering or a related field such as electrotechnics, automation, software or robotics.
You wish to start your career in managing complex industrial projects within a demanding and international technical environment.
You have a good technical background enabling you to understand the design, manufacturing and integration issues of machines and industrial equipment.
Rigorous, organised and pragmatic, you are capable of structuring and simultaneously monitoring several topics and ensuring their reporting.
You demonstrate autonomy, initiative and curiosity, while knowing how to seek the necessary skills within a multidisciplinary team.
You enjoy teamwork and have good communication and coordination skills.
You communicate easily in French and English, both orally and in writing.
You are proficient with MS Office software. Experience with an ERP, ideally ProConcept, is a plus.
You are able to travel occasionally within Switzerland and abroad to support our teams with clients and subcontractors.
