Finance & HR Employee (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is an established Swiss industrial enterprise focusing on the development, production and distribution of high-quality technical products and solutions for demanding applications in various industries. With many years of experience, high expertise and a strong commitment to quality, it supports its customers with innovative and reliable solutions and has established itself as a dependable partner in its market environment.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you are responsible for the complete financial accounting of a holding structure including VAT returns.
You carry out control tasks and prepare interim and annual financial statements.
In the HR area, you take care of payroll accounting, social insurance, absence management and general personnel administration.
Additionally, you are responsible for insurance matters and support various secretarial tasks.
Thanks to your versatile role, you ensure smooth operations in the finance and administration areas.
Qualifications:
You bring specific further training in accounting and personnel as well as several years of practical experience.
You are confident in preparing financial statements and have a good understanding of financial contexts.
You are characterised by an independent, structured and precise way of working as well as a high degree of personal responsibility.
You work proficiently with common IT systems and have very good German language skills.
