Receptionist (M/F)

• You will be responsible for managing the day’s arrivals, including room allocation, VIP welcome and relocations.

• You will ensure smooth collaboration with all hotel departments.

• Your mission will be to monitor the satisfaction of present guests and anticipate their needs.

• You will supervise billing and payment collection from individual guests and groups.

• You will be responsible for developing, updating and applying reception procedures.

• You will organise and lead regular meetings with the reception team.

• You will participate in the training and integration of new employees.

• You will ensure clear and effective communication with the team, the Head of Reception and other departments.

• You have a qualification in hospitality (CFC, hotel school, CAP/BEP/BTS).

• You have gained 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5* establishment.

• You are proficient with IT tools (Opera, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• You possess managerial and team management skills.

• You have a keen sense of welcome, customer service and excellent presentation.

• You are bilingual in French and English, and knowledge of German is an asset.
