Business Analyst - Web / Front-End Applications (M/F/X)
The Role:
As part of the development and evolution of digital solutions, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support business and IT teams in the design, integration and improvement of web applications.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse and formalise the needs of users and stakeholders.

Write detailed functional specifications for development teams.

Design and facilitate workshops to identify needs, processes, user journeys and personas.

Collaborate closely with business, IT and development teams.

Ensure proper integration of solutions within the existing information system.
-
Prepare and conduct functional and integration tests (FAT).
-
Support and coordinate testing phases with end users.
-
Participate in analysing and resolving production incidents and provide level 3 support.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and user experience.
What we are looking for:

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in web application design and development.

Excellent command of functional analysis methodologies and requirements gathering.

Strong experience in preparing and facilitating workshops.

Good awareness of UX issues, responsive web and ideally mobile environments.

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Good knowledge of SQL and tools for querying databases.

Good understanding of APIs and associated technologies: JSON, XML, Postman, Swagger.

Experience using AI tools applied to analysis activities.
-
Knowledge of CRM and/or KYC environments is an asset.

Excellent analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.

Autonomy in analysing data from different systems.

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams.

Organisation, responsiveness, adaptability and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
Education & Languages:
-
Higher education in computer science or equivalent field (University, HES, EPF or equivalent qualification).
