Team Leader – Technical Reference in Carpentry (M/F)

Your main duties

In close coordination with the Production Manager, you ensure the quality, productivity and monitoring of workshop flows:

• Workshop management: Enforce the production schedule and ensure the regular progress of projects.

• Technical support: Be the technical reference for a team of 12 to 18 carpenters in the manufacture of new windows (all wood, wood-metal or traditional).

• Quality & Standards: Ensure quality controls, monitor standards and strictly comply with safety instructions, methods and schedules.

• Management & Knowledge transfer: Welcome and train new employees, maintain a positive and supportive social climate.

• Continuous improvement: Actively participate in sessions to optimise manufacturing processes.

Profile sought

• Experience: Experienced workshop carpenter with at least 5 years of production experience.

• Management: Significant experience in workshop team supervision is essential.

• Field: Specific experience in window manufacturing is a major asset.

• Interpersonal skills: You are proactive, flexible and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You enjoy sharing your passion for the trade.
