We are looking for a deputy of the control room section for our thermal plants. You will play a key role in operating our facilities to ensure a reliable and sustainable heat supply.

Main Mission(s)

Ensure monitoring and operation of the remote heating network as well as thermal production facilities

Guarantee the availability of the facilities and take necessary measures in case of incident or anomaly

Carry out maintenance, cleaning work, and inspection rounds of the facilities

Ensure the operational management of the team (5 employees) during the shift and coordinate activities and interventions

Act as deputy to the section manager in their absence, within the limits of delegated authority

Participate in the training of operators, administrative tasks of the section, and process improvement

Profile

Federal VET diploma in a technical field

Training for boiler room personnel (LP-Therm, HEIG-VD) with federal certificate or willingness to obtain it

Knowledge in combustion and water treatment

Minimum 3 years of professional experience on an industrial site with troubleshooting practice

Experience in operation and maintenance of a boiler room is an asset

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Autonomous, organised, proactive personality with good team spirit

Special Conditions

Driving licence (cat. B)

Able to work in 3-shift rotation
