Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 80–100% – Biel

For an internationally leading high-tech industrial company headquartered in the Biel area, we are seeking immediately or by arrangement a motivated, numbers-savvy individual as a Payroll Specialist (80–100%) in a permanent position. Here you combine global dynamism with Swiss precision and actively shape modern HR processes.

Your main tasks:

• Independent payroll and personnel administration within the defined area of responsibility

• Responsibility for year-end processing and settlements with social insurance

• Professional advice to employees and external interfaces on salary matters

• Monthly account reconciliation in close cooperation with finance and controlling

• Preparation of HR reports, statistics and key figures

• Support of internal and external audits and ensuring compliance standards

• Active participation and sub-project management in innovative HR projects

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ)

• Further training as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist (a great advantage)

• At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll/HR administration, ideally in industry

• Proficient use of SAP and MS Office

• Fluent German and very good English skills; additional languages a plus

• High affinity for numbers, structured working method and analytical thinking
