The Alloboissons Group encompasses a beverage distribution company throughout Switzerland (Alloboissons), a wine trading company (Les Vins Jules Gex), a chain of specialist shops (Halle aux Boissons) and a wine club (DIVO). A family business active throughout Switzerland, a key player in the distribution of wines and beverages to both private individuals and professionals.
The Alloboissons Group is looking immediately or by agreement for a:
Brand Manager at 80-100%
Your mission:
- Define and deploy the brand strategy in close collaboration with the Marketing Director
- Develop the annual communication plan and manage cross-channel campaigns (online advertising, household mailings, press announcements)
- Manage the presence of our brands on social networks: content creation, editorial and graphic charter, moderation and community animation
- Design and publish newsletters and promotional SMS campaigns, then analyse their performance (KPIs)
- Ensure the update and consistency of content on the company’s websites
- Create and organise promotional events (Wine Fair, tastings, etc.)
- Conduct market studies, positioning analyses and regular competitive intelligence
- Monitor the e-reputation of the brands and participate in crisis management
- Handle support requests from sales teams, customer service and shops, and coordinate printing houses and suppliers
Your profile:
- Education such as a business school specialised in marketing, digital communication or social networks
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Mastery of marketing and digital tools: content strategies, search marketing, Google Analytics, Meta, etc.
- Excellent writing skills in French; German is a real asset, English a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) an asset
- Creative, curious, autonomous and rigorous, with a strong team spirit
- Interest and sensitivity for the beverage sector (notably wine) will be an asset
