Finance and HR Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 105,000Responsibilities:
- You manage the payroll accounting and take care of the entire personnel administration
- You handle the complete bookkeeping, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- You are responsible for the correct processing of VAT returns
- You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- You support administrative tasks and take on bookkeeping and administrative work
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a finance and accounting specialist or a business administration qualification specialising in financial accounting
- Solid bookkeeping knowledge, confident in financial statements, ideally with IFRS knowledge
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and Excel as well as Abacus or SAP
- High quality orientation as well as an independent and team-oriented working style
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
