Experienced Advisory Nurse in Psychiatry and Home Care
As an advisory nurse, you join a small committed team whose mission is to ensure that nursing care services provided at home as well as in nursing homes meet quality care requirements and comply with the current legal framework.
What you do daily
At the heart of the activity, checking medical mandates, assessments of required care, and billing of psychiatric and somatic home care allows you to actively contribute to the quality and compliance of services provided to insured persons. You also ensure that care providers comply with legal and contractual provisions.
You manage complex nursing care files. Based on documents submitted by providers or during home assessments, you evaluate and analyse the care needs of insured persons and establish and draft the granted coverage guarantees.
Collaboration with care partners, as well as meetings, are part of your role. These interactions allow agreement on care arrangements that comply with the legal framework and good professional practices, as well as providing advice on LAMal benefits or other social insurances.
In parallel, you handle administrative tasks related to the role and actively engage in continuing education, working groups, and internal projects, thus contributing to the evolution of practices.
Your clinical expertise is a real support for colleagues in various departments, especially regarding specific aspects related to home care.
What you bring to the team
Holder of a Bachelor of Science HES in nursing or an equivalent qualification, you have at least 2 years of confirmed experience in psychiatry and 3 years in home care in Switzerland. Experience in nursing homes is an additional asset for this position.
Comfortable in oral and written communication as well as negotiation, you know how to defend your point of view in a structured and reasoned manner. Your analytical and synthesis skills allow you to manage complex files effectively.
Recognised for your organisational skills, you work autonomously while fully engaging in the team dynamic.
Your mastery of French and ease with common IT tools are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of Italian and/or German, as well as the Syrius tool, is a real plus.
