Project Manager - Real Estate Development (ref: 324)

We require:
- Higher education such as business school, engineering or equivalent (HEC, EPF),
- Proven experience (2 to 7 years) in real estate development, promotion or asset enhancement,
- Excellent knowledge of the Romandy real estate market and regulations,
- Ability to manage projects independently,
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity and result orientation,
- Curiosity, analytical mind, tenacity and rigour,
- Good interpersonal and writing skills,
- Team spirit and initiative, ethics, transparency and commercial sense.
Experience and skills:
Within our project development team, you will be responsible for the setup and monitoring of real estate operations:
- Identification and analysis of opportunities,
- Preparation and drafting of responses to calls for tenders launched by public institutions,
- Preparation of files and proposals,
- Feasibility studies, taking into account financial, legal and technical aspects as well as risk analysis,
- Management of upstream phases of operations: land negotiation, operation setup, obtaining authorisations,
- Coordination of various stakeholders (architects, authorities, investors) and monitoring of planning and construction sites in collaboration with technical representatives (steering meetings, monitoring of awards and project budgets),
- Preparation of financial plans for various projects in the development phase,
- Active market and opportunity monitoring,
- Participation in the group’s development strategy.
