Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

With strong partnerships with hardware and software manufacturers, our ROCKEN partner aims to efficiently meet the complex requirements of customers. They rely on suitable solutions that meet individual needs.
Responsibilities:
Conducting regular service meetings with customers to ensure quality and active exchange
Identifying problem areas and development potential as well as proposing and prioritising appropriate improvement measures
Representing customer needs to product managers and actively shaping existing and new services
Monitoring and analysing service performance (SLA reports) as well as preparing and presenting results to customers
Handling and clarifying billing issues related to the services provided
Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent education, ideally in business informatics
Experience in IT service management as well as basic technical understanding
ITIL certification or comparable methodological qualification is an advantage
Strong customer orientation as well as confident and professional appearance
Very good communication skills in German and English
Structured, independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
Analytical, solution- and service-oriented thinking
