Tasks

• You create technical concepts for measurement and energy billing
• You set up new properties and systems in the billing system
• You process energy, water and electricity bills, especially in the area of PV and self-consumption
• You clarify technical and commercial questions regarding billing solutions
• If necessary, you conduct property surveys and customer appointments on site

Requirements

• A commercial or technical education - ideally combined with understanding of the other area
• Enjoyment of numbers, technical contexts and administrative tasks
• Experience in an office is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and openness to new software solutions
• Very good German language skills
• French language skills are a plus
• Precise, independent and well-organised working style
• Customer-oriented manner and professional communication
