Grandson Castle, a nationally significant heritage site located on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, is developing an ambitious cultural, tourist and event offering, supported by a committed team. To strengthen its administrative division, the Grandson Castle Foundation is recruiting, as soon as possible, a:
ADMINISTRATION and HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (Permanent, 60%)
Your mission:
You will join a committed administrative duo within an emblematic heritage site undergoing significant development. Supporting the Administrative & HR Manager, you will participate in the operational administrative, accounting and HR activities of the Foundation. In a developing environment, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and working methods.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure routine administrative and accounting management (invoicing, payments, monitoring, closings)
- Manage general administration (mail, filing, databases, supplies)
- Provide operational HR support (contracts, employee files, working hours, salaries)
- Participate in the recruitment process (administrative follow-up of applications)
- Guarantee data quality and apply current procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Business or equivalent training
- Proven experience in an administrative role with an accounting component
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administrative management
- Experience in the cultural sector or within a foundation is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Good understanding of accounting and administrative processes
- Knowledge of Bexio and Tipee: a plus
- Fluent in French; German and/or English (B2): an asset
- Rigour, organisational skills and autonomy
- Reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility
- Ability to manage varied tasks
