BIM HVAC Draughtsman / Designer (M/F)
Our client, a company recognised in the field of building technologies, has commissioned us to recruit a BIM HVAC Draughtsman / Designer (M/F) to strengthen its teams and support the development of its projects in the canton of Geneva.
Responsibilities
Within the technical office, you participate in the design and development of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) projects in compliance with technical requirements and deadlines.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Produce plans and technical diagrams related to HVAC installations.
- Develop digital models and ensure their updating within a BIM environment.
- Participate in technical studies in collaboration with project managers and various stakeholders.
- Carry out site surveys and integrate data into projects.
- Ensure technical follow-up of files throughout their progress.
- Guarantee the conformity of produced plans and documents.
- Participate in project coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and BIM standards.
Candidate Profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a building services technician specialising in HVAC or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Good knowledge of BIM methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a project team.
- Rigour, precision and organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
