Property Accountant

For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a Property Accountant to start immediately.

Tasks

• Independent management of property accounting (condominium and rental properties)
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Management of dunning and payment transactions
• Communication with tenants, owners, authorities and service providers

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate management clerk or certified accountant)
• Several years of experience in property accounting
• Setting up, billing and posting heating cost statements
• German at native speaker level
