Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Our client is an established Swiss trading company in the healthcare sector. With high-quality products and modern solutions, the company supports various customer groups and places great value on quality, innovation, and reliable services.
Role:
As a customer service specialist, you coordinate customer and supplier orders, take on tasks in invoice processing, and ensure reliable maintenance of commercial data.
Responsibilities:
You process customer and supplier orders and check relevant order details as well as product availability.
You handle invoicing and invoice verification and keep an eye on outstanding customer payments.
You coordinate commercial clarifications with suppliers, banks, and sales.
You maintain customer and article master data and support the management of digital systems.
You prepare order confirmations as well as export and shipping documents if required.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (commercial clerk EFZ).
You have good MS Office skills and are confident in using commercial software applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Your mother tongue is German and you have very good knowledge of French or Italian.
