Prototype Polymachinist – CNC Milling (M/F/D)
Your mission
At the heart of new product development, you create prototypes and high-precision tooling, often unique, in an environment where quality, precision, and innovation are essential.
Your main responsibilities
- Create prototypes and complex parts with micron-level precision requirements
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mainly a milling machine) as well as conventional machines.
- Define machining strategies, tools, and cutting parameters suitable for the parts to be produced.
- Carry out necessary dimensional checks and ensure the conformity of the produced parts.
- Analyse drawings, identify technical constraints, and propose appropriate manufacturing solutions.
- Work closely with R&D engineers to transform concepts into functional prototypes.
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as polymachinist, precision mechanic, or equivalent training.
- Several years of proven experience in prototyping, tooling, or manufacturing high-precision one-off parts.
- Excellent mastery of CNC milling and very good ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in dimensional control methods and ability to produce complex parts with a high level of autonomy.
- Knowledge of CAM programming, ideally GibbsCAM, as well as experience in turning, grinding, or wire EDM is an advantage.
- Rigour, precision, analytical mindset, and strong interest in technical challenges and developing new solutions.
- You are fluent in spoken French and able to understand technical documentation related to your activity.
What we offer
- A very high-level technical environment.
- The creation of varied prototypes and tooling with high added value.
- Great autonomy in organising your work.
- A high-performance machine park and an environment focused on high precision.
- Significant autonomy in choosing machining methods and strategies.
