After the renovation, the Restaurant Linde Oberstrass presents itself in a new splendour. And because a successful restart also requires a strong team, we are looking for you.
As Head Chef 100%, you will be a valuable part of our Linde crew from October 2026 or by arrangement.
The Linde in Zurich is the guild house of the Oberstrass guild. The restaurant with tavern, fireplace room, cosy parlour and beer garden serves hearty home cooking as well as light modern creations. The historic guild hall upstairs, with space for up to 120 guests, provides the perfect setting for banquets or seminars. Another highlight: the in-house brewery.

Your day with us:
- Management of the kitchen and office team
- Optimal purchasing and inventory
- Adherence to the budget framework for kitchen yield and personnel costs
- Calculation of the menu plan
- Development of seasonal food and banquet menus
- Compliance with workplace hygiene
- Recruitment of new team members
How you fit with us:
- Completed vocational training and experience in a comparable position
- High awareness of hygiene and costs
- Strong organisational skills and assertiveness
- Responsible and solution-oriented approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for gastronomy
- KOPAS certification, advantageous
- Experience in apprentice training as a qualified trainer
