To strengthen our Lausanne team, we are looking for a Recruitment & Planning Consultant specialised in the medical sector.

Your responsibilities

• Recruit and support healthcare professionals throughout their journey

• Identify, select and retain a pool of qualified candidates

• Understand the needs of healthcare institutions and offer them the most suitable profiles

• Conduct interviews and ensure follow-up of applications

• Write and publish attractive job adverts

• Manage mission planning and organise replacements according to client needs

• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure continuity of services

• Anticipate staffing needs to provide quick and effective solutions

• Handle the administrative follow-up of candidate files and assignments

• Develop lasting trust-based relationships with partner institutions and healthcare professionals

Your profile

• Experience in recruitment, planning or the medical sector

• Good knowledge of the job market and healthcare network in French-speaking Switzerland

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities

• Responsiveness and ability to handle emergencies

• Very good interpersonal and commercial skills

• Proficiency with IT tools and recruitment platforms

• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
