About the role
Our client, a major player in the public sector, is looking for a student in communication and content creation to support the steering team of a large-scale digitalisation project. This is a 20% role, lasting 3 years, which could potentially be extended if you prove yourself.
As a Communication & Change Management Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic and operational operations of the project. You will be responsible for creating editorial content, the website, visual materials and video clips as part of the institution's digital transformation.
Tasks
The role involves producing varied content (texts, videos, visuals) and managing digital communication channels to support the institution's digital transition.
- Feed and update the website, write internal newsletters and popularisation content
- Write internal newsletters and legal popularisation content
- Design visual materials and posters respecting the graphic charter
- Create video clips and tutorials to support users
- Support the logistics of photo shoots and the selection of visuals
- Assist in drafting press releases and FAQs
We are looking for
- Student at HEG, HES or equivalent in communication, digital marketing or web design
- Excellent writing skills in French
- Proficiency with visual creation tools (such as Adobe Suite or Canva)
- Ability to simplify complex topics for the general public
- Proficiency with the Office suite and web content management tools (CMS)
