The Real Estate department manages, maintains and develops EHL’s infrastructure. Its role is to ensure efficient, safe and sustainable facilities, while leading improvement and investment projects that support the experience of students, staff and campus visitors.

CMMS Manager, Methods & Maintenance
The mission of the CMMS Manager is to ensure the performance of the maintenance process by coordinating operational activities, managing the CMMS and the quality of associated data. The CMMS Manager contributes to the transformation of the Real Estate department towards a more planned, preventive and data-driven organisation, ensuring daily coordination between maintenance teams, contractors and internal clients.
As the functional reference for the CMMS, the manager identifies business needs, oversees tool developments with IT teams and suppliers, and ensures it effectively supports maintenance, asset management, reporting and decision-making. They also coordinate activity planning, resources and priorities to ensure an optimal balance between preventive, corrective maintenance and urgent interventions.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the Real Estate department’s CMMS.
- Ensure operational coordination of maintenance.
- Contribute to developing maintenance plans with Maintenance Managers (HVAC, Electrical and Building).
- Produce and analyse maintenance performance indicators.
- Supervise the handling of requests and tickets.
- Develop the CMMS as a central management tool.
- Manage the scheduling and allocation of interventions.
- Administer the technical asset register.
- Ensure operational management of the Real Estate Helpdesk.
- Develop and maintain the technical documentation base.
Your profile:
- You hold a technical qualification (CFC / ES / HES) with a focus on maintenance, building or services.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role or 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- You have the ability to coordinate and unite several teams around common goals.
- You have a service mindset and internal client orientation.
- You have proven experience in developing or using a CMMS.
- You are able to work cross-functionally with multiple professions and stakeholders.
- You can manage priorities in a demanding operational environment.
- You have an analytical mind and the ability to turn data into concrete actions.
- You have a good level of French (C2) and possess good knowledge of English (B2).
